Food was good but the wait was just a little crazy .they had one register for lunch rush.

It's DQ.

Poor range of food choices, and prices were not that great. But clean and well staffed.

I requested no pickles on my cheese burgers and they told me I couldn't get it like that. Even after I told them I was allergic to pickles. Very poor customer service. I will never go back again!

Don't trust hours listed online. Didn't actually get to go here because on a Thursday in late October they were closed by 9:30. NO late evening options in Keystone!

Super super super slow waited 20 minutes for ice cream for 6 people.

The food was prepared well, but it took nearly 15 minutes from the time we ordered until our kids meals and 2 adult meals were ready. Add to that the foolishly high prices that were completely out of line (Almost $40 for 2 adults and 2 kids?) and it was a mediocre experience at best for what amounts to fast food.

They surprisingly have 90% of the standard full menu, the food was hot, but one of our burgers was wrong. Like all fast food joints with a "standard" set of toppings it probably would have came out right if I had asked what comes on it, removed what was not wanted and then added what was wanted. Otherwise they many times just "add" toppings requested but leave on the gross ones.

Not a single employee wore a mask. The cashier put your drink glass upside down on the counter. Not sure they are aware of COVID-19.

Waited over half hour for order after asking several times for someone to check on our order. Finally after asking 3 times we had to get a refund.

This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever visited. The staff are very rude including the manager. Service is extremely slow!! Avoid this Place and look for one further down the road

It's a dairy Queen. Both I've cream and burgers. Only a couple tables. Small building.

This was sad. I am rating this based on normal. Saying this should be able to get a 5 star, but due to there inability to get blizzards out when fresh and burgers out warm. No thanks. Go up the street to the BBQ better and faster.

No chocolate icecream at an ice cream place?? Bummer for this chocoholic! It was fine otherwise but how can you get a good review without chocolate?

Good food at an interesting location. It was one of the only places open after the Rushmore lighting ceremony. I'd go back for sure

Great place to get what you didnt order. If you try to tell them they are 2wrong. They say you're wrong. Great for suprises. Not great if you want what you order.

Amazing service! Was greeted by a gentleman named Carlos upon arrival. Ordered a blue raspberry mister misty FREEZE (something I’ve been ordering at DQ since I was a little girl) I was trying to explain it to Carlos, as I found out it is not a menu item, and he was kindly trying to process my requested order. A gentleman came (assuming) manager? And knew what I was talking about, kindly explained it to Carlos and joked to me that anybody under 30 years of age will probably not know what I am trying to order! ;) He proceeded to take my order and even used it as a training opportunity for Carlos and the rest of the team! Very satisfied and honestly taken back by the extreme the kindness, team work, customer service, and overall vibe of this location! Thank you

Ordered 3 Blizzards for the family, got 2. The staff barely speaks English so it was difficult to rectify the order. If you use your credit card it's difficult to circumvent tipping. I live in town but I rarely go up there due to these problems.

Staff is super friendly. food is always hot and the restaurant is kept very clean

Staff was nice but the ice cream they served us did not taste like any Diary Queen ice cream we have ever had and the cones were very small for mediums. We won't be going back for more...

Dairy Queen in Keystone, SD is ALWAYS the best ... the friendliest management and service staff, fresh and delicious variety of meals, and that oh so creamy ice cream that keeps me coming back again and again. LOVE IT ALL!

Hours on door said 11:00am till 6:00pm. Young lady at door was only letting two people in at a time we stood at door waiting our turn when she locked the door at 4:00pm and turned the open sign to closed side.

Hot Fudge Sundae sat undelivered long enough that it was dripping over the cup sides and the fudge was cool. I would never go back.

Burgers are tasty and chicken tenders with fries are good 2. Try some of the fudge next door. Great experience

the amount the i had to pay for the the food was not worth going there this evening. they messed up on my order and didnt take it properly. the food was half cold and the blizard was not mixed very well most of it was just vanilla ice cream. they were also out of food to make half of thr sandwiches and food was not cooked all the way. sorry but wont be coming back to this one again..

I verified 3 times when ordering a bacon cheeseburger I wanted fries no drink Received my order no fries. I told clerk I verified several times I wanted fries He asked the cooks and came back and told me I just wanted the burger and no drinks, so fries aren't included I again said I asked for the fries So I said I cant have fries and said I wanted them He rang up the fries and I finally got them

This place was so fun. It's not set up like a typical dairy queen anywhere else. The staff messed up so many things on our order but they were just kids learning and quiet overwhelmed. It was crazy busy in there! They were happy to fix everything though. And really good spirited.
